How to return an item

Does an item not suit you? The process can be completed directly from your account in just a few minutes. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

1. Log in to your account
Go to your customer area using the email address used for your order.

2. Open the relevant order
Under My orders, select the order containing the item to be returned.

3. Request the return
Click on Request a return, select the item(s) concerned, and indicate the reason.

4. Await our confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request has been processed.

5. Prepare your parcel
Place the item back in its original packaging with labels intact, and include the return slip.

6. Ship
Affix the prepaid label attached to our email and drop the parcel off at a drop-off point or post office. Keep your proof of postage.

What happens next?
Upon receipt and verification of the item, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. You will be notified by email.

Good to know
Personalized items (flocking, embroidery) cannot be returned.
